Lo-Cal Fruit And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry cottage cheese
    2/3 c. skimmed milk
    2 tsp. snipped chives
    2 tsp. lemon juice or cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together in a blender.
    Chill.
    Makes 2 2/3 cups quantity; 50 calories per 1/3 cup dip.
