Baptist Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
5 large eggs
3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. butternut flavoring
2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sift salt, baking powder and flour together.
Cream Crisco and margarine.
Add sugar and beat well.
Add eggs, one at at time, beating well after each.
Add flour mixture and milk alternately. Add flavorings.
Pour into well greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Place in cold oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
