Shiny-Top Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
3 c. sugar, divided
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened and cut in small pieces
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt, divided
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Spread berries in well-greased 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice; set aside.
In medium bowl, stir flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, milk, butter, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt until well blended.
Spoon over berries; spread to edges of baking dish and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients, except water; sprinkle over batter.
Pour boiling water over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until golden brown and glazed.
Serve warm or cool with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
