Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    5 eggs
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix melted margarine, buttermilk, sugar and coconut; add to well beaten eggs.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 2 pies.
