Halibut Italian-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 halibut steaks (about 6 oz. each)
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh basil
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. finely chopped red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Arrange halibut steaks in an oven dish large enough to hold them snugly. In a small bowl, whisk wine with lemon juice and oregano. Pour mixture over both sides of fish. Top with basil, parsley and red pepper. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven.
