Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crab meat
    1/4 lb. Town House Keebler Club crackers, smashed
    1 c. celery, chopped very fine
    2 Tbsp. parsley (fresh or dried)
    2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
    2 Tbsp. Kessler's mustard
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients well.
    Combine the mustard, mayonnaise and eggs.
    Add to meat mixture.
    Broil until brown, turning once to brown on both sides.
