Vegetable Jambalaya From Louisiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. rice
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 green peppers
    1 onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 1/4 c. tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    cayenne pepper and Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Dice vegetables and saute in butter until butter is melted, then mix everything in baking dish.
    Add tomatoes and mix. Sprinkle diced mushrooms on top of mixture.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cook rice and serve vegetable mixture over it.
