Raisin Energy Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. dried apricots
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. oleo or 6 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. liquid milk
    1/3 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. quick oats
Preparation
    Chop and cut raisins and apricots coarsely; set aside.
    Mix and sift dry milk, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Stir in flour and wheat germ; add oleo or oil and cream in peanut butter. Add brown sugar, then egg and beat well.
    Add vanilla.
    Add flour mixture, alternating with liquid milk.
    Stir in sunflower seeds and oats.
    (Dough will be stiff.)
    Work in fruits until well mixed.
    For jumbo cookies, use heaping tablespoonful onto greased baking sheet and flatten.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Let cool on sheet for 5 minutes.
