White Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large eggs, beaten well
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. white sugar
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. glazed pineapple
    1 lb. glazed cherries
    4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 oz. vanilla
    1/2 oz. lemon flavor
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs to butter and sugar mixture.
    Mix fruit with some flour.
    Sift remaining flour and baking powder; mix well and then add flavors, fruits and nuts. Pour into lined tube pan.
    Put into cold oven and bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    After cake is cool, wrap with a cloth soaked in brandy.
