Connie'S Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/3 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (3 lb.) hen
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook hen with celery and onion until tender.
    Debone chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Mix and work into a stiff ball the flour, water, eggs and salt.
    Divide dough and roll thin.
    Cut into about 1 inch squares.
    Drop into broth.
    Cook about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    A little chicken base can be added, but go light on salt.
