Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    8 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast into water; let stand a few minutes.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Pour hot milk over one cup of butter, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast, eggs and half of the flour.
    Beat well.
    Add enough flour to make dough that will not stick to the bowl.
