Breakfast Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, hard-cooked and finely chopped
4 bacon slices, browned crisp and chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 tsp. tarragon
1 1/4 tsp. mustard
8 slices bread
butter, melted
Preparation
-
Mix together all ingredients except bread.
Spread mixture evenly between 8 slices of bread, forming 4 sandwiches.
Spread melted butter on outside surface of sandwiches.
Brown both sides in a skillet and serve.
