Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 cut-up fryer
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

About 1 hour before serving, melt butter in a 425\u00b0 oven in a pan large enough to lay pieces in a single layer.
Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper and coat chicken evenly.
Place skin-side down in melted butter.
Bake for 30 minutes, turn and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
