Italian Sauce For Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    2/3 green pepper, chopped
    3 pieces celery, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, browned
    1 (28 oz.) c. crushed tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) c. tomato paste
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 cloves garlic (remove garlic)
Preparation
    Saute onions, pepper and celery.
    Add rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 3 hours.
