Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 little or 6 large potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 onion or green onion, diced
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Pour off some of the grease.
Add vinegar and sugar and stir.
Bring to boil.
Add 1 cup water with 3 tablespoons cornstarch (dissolved).
Stir until thick.
Pour over cooled, sliced potatoes.
Crumble bacon and onion on top and mix well, tossing gently.
Put in oven before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy.
