Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. drippings
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown beef.
    Drain all but 2 tablespoons of drippings.
    Saute the onion and parsley.
    In a large bowl combine the beef, potatoes and milk.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
    In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks until thick.
    Blend the yolks into the beef mixture.
    Fold in the egg whites.
    Transfer the mixture to a well-greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
