Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large diced onion
    1 large diced green pepper
    1 1/2 c. plain cornmeal
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 large can cream-style corn
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper, then drain.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased sheet pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and place small butter pats over entire top of cornbread.
    Cover with foil and bake 15 additional minutes at same temperature.
