Okra Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small baby okra
    1 qt. water
    3 small hot peppers
    4 garlic cloves
    1 pt. white distilled vinegar
    1/3 c. salt
    2 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Pack
    okra
    in hot sterilized jars.
    Put a garlic clove in each jar.
    Heat water, vinegar, salt, dill seed and pepper to boiling
    point.
    Pour
    boiling
    brine
    in
    jars
    and seal. Process in water bath at simmering, temperature about 180\u00b0 to 200\u00b0
    for 10\tminutes.
    Let
    ripen
    for
    several weeks before opening. Makes about 4 pints.
