Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine and vinegar.
Let stand while beating eggs.
Add sugar and the vinegar and butter to the eggs.
Add vanilla.
Pour into an unbaked pie crust.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
