Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes (Idaho)
    1 stick butter
    1 c. half and half
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until soft.
    Peel skin and put in mixing bowl. Mash with potato masher.
    Combine potatoes with half and half and melted butter.
    Mix until fluffy.
