Whole Wheat Bread(From The Family Of Leah Macleod) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
drop of honey or molasses
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. honey or molasses
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat 100 strokes with wooden spoon.
Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups more of whole wheat flour and 1 1/2 to 2 cups white flour.
Knead in flour for 15 to 20 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Punch down. Divide in 2.
Place in greased pans.
Let rise again until doubled.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
