Guatemalan Black Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can or 2 regular sized cans black beans
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 jalapeo (optional)
olive oil
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mince the onion, garlic cloves (and pepper, if using). Add enough olive oil to barely cover the skillet. Saut the seasoning veggies until soft. Open, drain and wash the black beans. Add them to the skillet once onion, etc. is translucent and cook until almost dry. You can slightly mash the beans or even put them in the blender for a few seconds.
