Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. grated rind
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together and cream with margarine.
    Add egg yolks and mix well.
    Add milk, juice and rind.
    Mix beaten egg whites into liquid and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until \"set\" as custard.
