Ingredients

1/3 c. presweetened cocoa powder
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar or 1 1/2 c. orange juice
vanilla ice cream or ice milk
carbonated water or ginger ale
Preparation

Stir together the cocoa powder and apricot nectar or orange juice.
Divide mixture into 3 tall glasses.
To each glass add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream or ice milk; stir gently.
Carefully pour about 1/2 cup carbonated beverage down the side of each glass. Serve immediately with straws.
