Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium saucepan.
    Blend flour, salt, pepper and gradually add milk and cheese.
    Stir over medium heat until smooth and slightly thickened.
    Stir in sour cream and cooked noodles until thoroughly heated.
    Serve immediately or place in baking dish and broil until brown.
    Serves four.
