Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. good steak, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    8 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. beef broth
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Lay the sliced steak between sheets of waxed paper.
    Season with salt and pepper; roll up and set aside for 2 hours at room temperature.
    In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in flour and cook, stirring, for 15 seconds.
    Add mustard and broth; stir until thickened and set aside.
