Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (at least about 1 lb.) pkg. Eckrich smoked sausage
4 or 5 medium potatoes, cubed or as many as you need
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 stick melted margarine

Preparation

Combine sausage, potatoes and melted margarine.
Sprinkle onion soup mix onto potato mixture.
Stir until potatoes and sausage are coated with onion soup.
Cover and bake in 375\u00b0 oven until potatoes are tender or meat and potatoes are slightly brown.
