Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    dash of salt, pepper and garlic salt
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    20 Ritz crackers, crumbled up
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on package.
    Drain and add bacon drippings.
    Add soup, mayo, egg, onion and spices; mix together. Place grated cheese on top of casserole and put crumbled crackers on top of cheese.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
