Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
-
Break eggs into buttered baking dish; do not stir.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour evaporated milk over eggs; cover with grated cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0
for about 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
You might want to add 1 tablespoon finely chopped bell pepper, parsley or minced onions.
