Anise Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) can Ricotta
12 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
candy sprinkles
1 bottle anise flavoring or 1/4 c. anisette
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Beat Ricotta, eggs and sugar first, then add anise flavoring, lemon juice, milk and baking powder.
Mix well.
Melt butter and pour in bottom of baking pan.
Pour everything into pan.
Sprinkle candy over it.
Bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
