Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. raw unpeeled zucchini squash, grated
    2 c. flour (plain)
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture and mix well.
    Add grated squash, vanilla and chopped nuts.
    Blend together and pour into two greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 2 loaves.
