Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2 green chilies, chopped fine
    1/3 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix and beat well.
    Pour into hot, greased iron skillet (use square one for lots of crust).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
