Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo or butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the Ritz crackers and butter. Put in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Crush the crackers and mix the butter into the crumbs. Spread on top of the veggie mixture. Put in preheated 350\u00b0 oven and bake about 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
