Sausage Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sausage
1 large can crushed tomatoes
oregano to taste
6 small potatoes
2 to 3 beef bones
1 medium can strained peas
2 peppers
3 to 4 small garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 onions
Preparation

Cook sausage little more than half way.
Put a little water in another pot and add tomatoes; fill can with water and add.
Add bones to flavor.
Chop onions, pepper and garlic and add to sauce with diced potatoes and peas.
Put over medium heat and add sugar. Cut sausage to bite-size pieces and add to sauce.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours and serve.
