Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. finely crushed saltine crackers
1 can cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except butter and 1/2 of saltines) and pour into well-greased baking dish.
Combine 1/2 saltines and butter (melted); sprinkle evenly over casserole of corn mixture. Bake uncovered about 40 minutes until nicely brown.
When removed from oven, sprinkle lightly over top with paprika.
