Fish Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell (unbaked)
1 can tuna or use any leftover fish
1 c. grated Jack cheese or Mozzarella
1/2 c. sliced green onions
3 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Prebake pie shell 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Mix together tuna (flaked), cheese and onions.
Beat eggs; mix in mayonnaise and 1/2 cup milk.
Pour over fish mixture that has been put in pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then finish baking at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
Cut in wedges.
Serves 6 to 8.
