Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bacon, fried and crumbled (save grease)
    1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 c. cooked rice
    grated Cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and green peppers in 3 tablespoons bacon grease. Combine rest of ingredients.
    Put in baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with cheese.
