Best Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    18 oz. chocolate chips
    10 oz. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and milk in a large, heavy saucepan and slowly bring to a rolling boil.
    Boil for 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add chocolate chips, marshmallows and butter.
    Beat just until melted. Mix in vanilla and nuts.
    Spread in large ungreased pan and cool.
