Ambrosia Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
    1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O orange flavor gelatin
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
    Stir in measured liquid. Refrigerate 1 1/4 hours until slightly thickened.
    Stir in whipped topping.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes; stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut.
    Spoon into 6 cup mold.
    Refrigerate 3 hours at least.
