Sally Lunn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Measure into mixing bowl 1/2 cup warm water.
    Add the yeast. Stir in the milk, sugar, salt, eggs, margarine and flour. Beat until smooth (100 strokes). Cover and let rise until light (about 1 hour).
    Beat down and pour into greased 10-inch tube pan.
    Let rise within 1-inch of top of pan. Bake until golden brown and crusty. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
