Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. grated raw zucchini
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation

Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Do not beat, stir in nuts.
Spoon batter into well-greased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
