Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening
    1 can milk
    salt
    1 c. sugar
    11 c. flour
Preparation
    Rise once and roll out.
    Let rise until double in size, then fry.
    Glaze or sugar while doughnuts are warm.
