Sauerkraut Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced, cooked corned beef
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    3 tomatoes, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. crumbled, seasoned rye crackers
    3/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer sauerkraut in pan.
    Top with corned beef, then cheese.
    Pour dressing on top of cheese.
    Add sliced tomatoes.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Melt 3/4 stick margarine and saute rye crackers for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Spread on top of dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
