Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    potatoes, cut in chunks
    carrots, cut in chunks
    small onion, cut up
    celery (5 to 6 stalks), diced
    1 large can V-8 juice
    4 Tbsp. (heaping) tapioca
Preparation
    Mix tapioca and V-8 juice together.
    Place all ingredients in large Dutch oven or similar baking dish.
    Bake 5 hours at 350\u00b0.
