Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, flour and sugar with 1/2 cup cold water.
    Mix in egg yolks.
    Add this slowly to boiling water.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add lemon juice, rind and salt.
    Cook and pour into baked crust.
    Beat egg white and add 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
