Hot Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can large pears, drained
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 large jar apricot preserves
    1/3 c. vermouth
    macaroons or lemon cookies
Preparation
    Mix preserves and vermouth together and pour over fruit. Top with crushed macaroons or lemon cookies. Heat in 350\u00b0 oven until it bubbles. Serves 8 to 10.
