Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
graham crackers
sliced bananas (optional)
1 can chocolate frosting
Preparation

Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip together.
Line pan (13 x 9-inch) with graham crackers.
Add 1/2 of pudding mixture, then sliced bananas (optional).
Place layer of graham crackers, then 1/2 pudding mixture and another layer of graham crackers. Microwave can of chocolate frosting.
Pour over top.
Chill.
