Deviled Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 to 20 mushrooms
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. butter
3 slices toast, cubed fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. beef or chicken broth
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until soft (5 minutes).
Add bread crumbs, seasonings and soy sauce.
Fill mushroom caps.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
