Spaghetti Carbonara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
fresh ground pepper
4 strips bacon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
Preparation

Beat egg, cheese, milk and pepper until blended.
Cook on low heat bacon, garlic and oil until bacon is crisp.
Remove and crumble bacon then return it to the pan.
Pour bacon mixture over hot spaghetti, toss well.
Add egg mixture and toss well.
Serve with additional Romano cheese.
