Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 egg whites
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Lightly grease and flour a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, then set aside.
    In a large mixer bowl, stir together flour, sugar and soda.
    In a medium saucepan, combine water, margarine and cocoa powder.
    Bring just to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Remove from the heat.
    Add to dry ingredients, beating on low speed of electric mixer just until combined.
    Add buttermilk, egg white, egg and vanilla.
    Beat on low speed for 1 minute (batter will be thin).
    Pour into the prepared pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool completely.
